Toray Plastics (America), Inc., announces that it has completed the sale of its Old Baptist Road (OBR) plant building and assets to Trico Specialty Films of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, an affiliate of Arlin Mfg. Co., Inc., of Lowell, Massachusetts. The business was transferred on January 3, 2022. Trico is continuing to provide service to OBR customers.
ARLIN Mfg. Co., Inc., announces that it has signed a letter of intent with Toray Plastics (America), to purchase its Old Baptist Road (OBR) plant. ARLIN will continue operations and provide service to OBR customers. The transfer of the business to ARLIN is scheduled for December 31, 2021.
